As the summer is upon us once again, why not try this lovely simple lemon and honey ice lolly recipe to fully experience and taste our fantastically unique and special honey. A great recipe for a treat for kids, too!
What you will need:
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp of your preferred Gustare Honey (we use Delicate Australian Yellow Box)
- 400ml of warm water
- Ice lolly moulds
Method:
- Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze its juice into a mixing bowl
- Add the Gustare Honey and warm water to the lemon juice and zest
- Mix the ingredients until well combined and the honey has dissolved in the warm water
- Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds
- Freeze for around 4 hours (or until completely solid)
- Enjoy!
