You can find Gustare Honey at Stand F15 at SFFA
Gustare Honey will be exhibiting an exciting new breakfast innovation at Speciality Fine Food Fair Asia (SFFA) which is taking place in Singapore from 18-20 July at Suntec. The LUCY Dispenser is an advanced, elegant dispenser for honey, jams and hazelnut cream and is for use in hotels, restaurants and catering.
In partnership with the Italian company Apicoltura Casentinese, Gustare have exclusively chosen this simple to use and adaptable cartridge dispenser to present its raw Australian honey to the HORECA sector. The dispenser drastically reduces time and waste compared with conventional packaging options, and brings an elegance to the market.
Gustare Honey was created by Paul Costa, a bee-keeper who has been producing honey in Australia for over 20 years and Jason Hayward-Jones, a farming and rural food expert.
During the SFFA show, alongside LUCY, Gustare will also be showcasing its range of mono-floral premium raw eucalyptus honey produced by artisan beekeepers from Australia’s pristine natural wilderness. Gustare’s honey is exceptional and premium in its nature because bees are never exposed to chemicals or antibiotics, which increases their natural resistance and health, to provide a tastier, purer honey. Each honey variety is produced seasonally in its own provenance and distinctive terroir, resulting in a truly unique product.
The range of eight Eucalyptus honeys include Australia’s most popular honey, the delicate-flavoured Yellow Box, the rare Tallowwood honey, mild-flavoured Yapunyah honey, rich-flavoured Stringy Bark honey and the strong-flavoured Tea Tree honey; offering a variety of honey to suit every palate and culinary use.
Gustare will also offer SFFA visitors a sneak preview and the opportunity to taste their new Australian Manuka honey product – on the eve of its international launch. Unlike New Zealand Manuka honey, this Australian Manuka Jelly Bush variety has no medicinal taste, is sweet and fragrant yet still possesses the same antibacterial properties and consequent health and well-being benefits as its New Zealand equivalent.
In addition to this, company co-founder Paul Costa will be on hand to share some beekeeping secrets as well as new information about the potential of Australian Manuka Honey production.
With so much on offer at Gustare’s Stand F15, you can’t afford to miss it. Register here: http://www.speciality-asia.com
