As the summer is upon us once again, why not try this lovely simple lemon and honey ice lolly recipe to fully experience and taste our fantastically unique and special honey.  A great recipe for a treat for kids, too!

What you will need:

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp of your preferred Gustare Honey (we use Delicate Australian Yellow Box)
  • 400ml of warm water
  • Ice lolly moulds

Method:

  • Grate the zest of the lemon and squeeze its juice into a mixing bowl
  • Add the Gustare Honey and warm water to the lemon juice and zest
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined and the honey has dissolved in the warm water
  • Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds
  • Freeze for around 4 hours (or until completely solid)
  • Enjoy!
