Harvested from the Lophostemon Confertus evergreen species found mostly in eastern New South Wales, the Australian Brush Box Honey is fairly light in colour and has a characteristic aroma and subtle flavour, great in hot drinks or used as a fragrant sweetener to a whole variety of foods.
