Gustare Honey is delighted to announce a collaborative partnership with renowned British chef, James Graham. James is currently Head Chef at Cowley Manor’s stylish Malt restaurant in Gloucestershire. His passion and enthusiasm for great ingredients and amazing food has taken him through some of the UK’s best kitchens, including the critically acclaimed Allium where he was Chef Patron for 10 years. Now his constant search for exciting and unusual ingredients at home and abroad has brought James to Gustare honey.

On tasting Gustare’s Australian raw honey for the first time last month, James claimed “this is the best honey I’ve ever tasted.”

James is preparing original and innovative recipes for Gustare’s range of honeys that they will be publishing on their website and sharing on all Gustare social media channels. He will also be putting his culinary genius into designing an exclusive honey and cheese pairing guide for Gustare Honey. “Gustare’s delicious honey is unlike any other in the UK market. We would not be doing this special product justice by only spreading it on our toast,” said James Graham.

James Graham will be joining the Gustare Honey team at the Natural Food Show, Europe’s favourite natural and organic food event, at ExCel in London on 2 April.
